The Grit Legends program encompasses the same methodology and structure as the renowned Grit Compete program, but tailored exclusively for masters athletes.
The program is designed specifically to enhance the performance of masters athletes, recognising the importance of timing throughout the season. Our daily program covers all essential aspects, including strength training, gymnastics, conditioning, and accessory work, ensuring that you're fully prepared to excel in every facet of your fitness journey.
With Grit Legends, we take your goals seriously. Our structured approach ensures that you receive comprehensive training, paying attention to the specific demands and challenges that masters athletes encounter. Whether you're seeking to build strength, improve agility, enhance cardiovascular endurance, or refine your technique, our program provides a well-rounded experience that caters to your aspirations.
No matter the stage of your journey, Grit Legends supports you in unlocking your fullest potential. Our expertly designed workouts empower you to embrace the grit and determination within, while our thoughtful progressions and modifications ensure that you can navigate your unique fitness path with confidence.

Our program is designed around 5-6 training sessions per week, ensuring a comprehensive fitness regimen that propels you towards your goals. On average, these sessions typically require 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete. However, we understand that life can be demanding, and schedules vary. That's why we offer the flexibility to scale our program according to your availability.

All memberships come with a 7-day trial to see if GRIT is right for you. If you cancel prior to the end of the trial you will not be billed.

If you are a Masters athlete it is not a requirement that you follow the GRIT Legends program. You will get access to both the “GRIT compete” track and the “GRIT Legends” Masters track so you can make your own decision. Please contact us if you need guidance on this.

We recommend that you have some prior experience to CrossFit before commencing GRIT.

Yes, our advice would be to contact the coaches regarding your injury so we can suggest some alternative exercises.

We do not currently offer individualised programming, however, we work with you to modify the program according to your specific needs and weaknesses.
